Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing the complete end to end recruitment process for the assigned candidates

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Individual contribution towards achieving set revenue target
• Manage different types of candidates at the same time
• Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
• Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
• Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done
• Ensure the set KPI targets are achieved Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
• Update ATS tool daily/weekly

Skill Set:

• Good in communication.
• Proactive in approach.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in candidate relationship management
• Experience working for IT recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech, BSc, BCom
• Specialization: Any
• Graduation year of passing: 2021/2022
• Percentage: 60% Above (10 ^th , 12 ^th /Diploma & Graduation)
• Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year
