Job Description:

• Handle support and change request work to meet the documented business needs of our internal customers.
• Manage small projects, system enhancement or tasks from conception to implementation using a mix of internal, external and off-shore resources
• Document business processes, conduct business requirements sessions and write detailed functional specifications for developers
• Create training materials and train users
• Communicate status effectively to all stakeholders in-person, on the phone and via e-mail.

Experience:

• No minimum work experience required

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
